Return Policy

Our company’s priority is to stay satisfied with your orders. Ilionhome is implementing a flexible return policy in accordance with existing legislation. Whether you received a defective product, or a mistake was made in your order, or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request a replacement or refund, by notifying the company in writing to [email protected], under the following conditions:

  • The products will be returned only with their original packaging.
  • The cost of return is borne exclusively by the retired buyer, except in the case, in which defects are found in the product, at which point the costs are borne by the company. In case of error of our company, or sending incorrect products or defective products, you have the right to return them and request their replacement or payment of the price you paid.
  • In the case of the use of the products or alteration of its original condition, refund is not accepted .
  • No product will be accepted unless it is accompanied by the purchase receipt.

If the product and its packaging are in good condition, the customer will credit the corresponding amount. Otherwise it will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

In case of replacement of a defective product with the return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, our company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement) and the transport costs are borne by the company.

In any case, it may be preceded by a communication (electronic or by telephone) during which any further details of the return procedure will be settled.
